Administrative First Wednesday of Every Month, 5:00pm Chaired by the College Council Vice-President of Communications, the Administrative Committee holds the great responsibility of chartering new and exciting organizations on campus. Student groups may receive temporary, perpetual, or enduring charters. The committee is also responsible for revoking charters of defunct organizations. If you are interested becoming a member of the Administrative Committee, please do not hesitate to contact the committee chair, Aery Bai. Budget Thursdays, 6:30pm The College Council Budget Committee meets every Monday evening at 8:00pm in DUC 362 to hear bills from individual clubs seeking funding for events. The Budget Committee interprets these bills according to the College Council Monetary Policy and determines a recommendation which is heard before the Council. If you would like to join the budget committee please contact the Treasurer of College Council Aidan Mouat. Student Concerns Wednesdays, 6:30pm The SCC is a committee that considers issues and concerns raised by the college body by initiating, developing, proposing, and considering initiatives and bills on its behalf. Designed as an all-inclusive body, SCC is a body meant to aid and assist in anyway possible to address the important issues of the college. The committee meetings are open to both College Council legislators as well as the general college body. The Student Concerns Committee is chaired by Shafali Baliga. Contact her for more information or to join. Programming Tuesdays, 4:30 A committee that coordinates campus wide event that entertain the community while also instilling tradition and pride at Emory. Campus wide events will include Screening on the Green, study breaks, poker nights, Halloween Night, and the Fall Unity Carnival. All ideas are welcomed!!
