The 52nd Emory College Council

Dear Chartered Organization,

As a condition of maintaining a charter, every chartered organization under College Council must submit a semester report, including those with temporary and enduring charters.  These reports, submitted by any executive member (preferably the outgoing officers if there is a change of leadership) of the organization, must reflect your activity for the SPRING 2008 semester only.  

Please include:
•    flyers from events
•    meeting dates and minutes
•    co-sponsorships
•    planned events

 I am aware that it may seem tedious, but this is how the Council monitors which groups are still working to fulfill their mission statements actively and which groups have become defunct.  

This document will be due no later than 11:59pm on Thursday, May 15th.  Any late or absent submissions will result in your account being frozen (inactive status) in addition to an automatic charter revocation hearing in which your organization may lose its charter.

The semester report form follows in this document.  We will ONLY accept electronic submissions to the conference titled “Semester Reports Spring 2008.”  When you’re done, please save the document as a word file titled “<Organization Name>.doc”.  College Council’s report, for example, would be titled, “CollegeCouncil.doc”.  Furthermore, please use your organization’s name as the subject of the email.   I appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines as it will streamline the reading and filing of over 120 semester reports.
